We have had the worst experience with Barbara Harris.
She
* Failed to return calls
* Failed to contact social services personnel in a timely manner
* Failed to keep us up to date on the status of our case
* Failed to refund the balance of our retainer in a timely manner, despite weeks of calling and leaving messages (again no return calls)
* Failed to move our case forward in any way, shape or form, despite charging us $2,035 of our $3,000 retainer.
To put it mildly, I'm disgusted with her lack of professionalism, I'm furious at the delays and her inability to respect her clients enough to return their calls, and I am appalled at the sheer lack of value she brought for $2000.
Barbara McDaniel Harris should be ashamed of herself.
I highly recommend you avoid doing business with this woman!
